As the administrator and staff of Aion Aura, we reserve the right to take any actions we deem necessary to maintain the integrity, security, and fair play of the server. This includes, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans of accounts without prior notice.

All decisions made by the administration are final. We operate the server at our sole discretion and prioritize the health and enjoyment of the community.

3. Donations and Ownership

Donations to Aion Aura are voluntary contributions to support the maintenance and development of the server. Donations do not confer any ownership rights, equity, or stake in the server, its assets, or intellectual property.

Donors do not acquire any rights beyond those explicitly granted within the game or website features. Any promises or benefits related to donations are at the sole discretion of the administration and may be modified or revoked at any time.

4. Server Availability and Shutdown

Aion Aura is a privately run server and may be modified, suspended, or permanently shut down at any time without prior notice.

While we strive to provide stable and continuous service, you acknowledge and agree that the server availability is not guaranteed, and we disclaim any liability for service interruptions or termination.

5. User Conduct

You agree to respect other players and staff, and to abide by any rules or guidelines posted within the game or on official communication channels.

Use of unauthorized third-party software, cheating, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or ban.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aion Aura and its administration disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the server or website, including loss of data or access.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the server or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
